Welcome to Minmini Beauty Care – home of Tanovar, our 100% natural and handmade skincare range. We value your satisfaction and aim to provide you with high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

🛍️ Return Policy

Due to the natural and personal care nature of our products, we do not accept returns once the product has been delivered, unless it arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Returns Are Accepted Only If:

• You receive the wrong product
• The product is physically damaged in transit
• The product is expired or not sealed upon arrival

In such cases, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and proof of the issue.

🔁 Exchange Policy

We do not currently offer direct product exchanges. However, if your product qualifies under our return policy, you can receive a replacement or a full refund.

💸 Refund Policy

If your return is approved:

• Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment (UPI, card, or wallet) within 7–10 business days
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via wallet transfer after confirmation

Note: Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

📦 Steps to Request a Return or Refund

2. Include your Order ID, clear photos of the product, and a short description of the issue
3. Our support team will verify and respond within 24–48 hours
4. If approved, we will arrange for pickup (in select locations) or ask you to courier it to our address

⚠️ Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or used products
• Products purchased during sale or promotional offers
• Gift cards or free samples
• Products returned after the 48-hour window
